T2S modernizes Eldorado's export processes with SISCOMEX integrated solution
Eldorado, one of the largest pulp producers in the world, sought a modern solution to replace the old DUE issuance system, which was being discontinued and had limitations for export operations. T2S was chosen to develop an automated solution aligned with the company's needs.

Eldorado, one of the largest pulp producers in the world, sought a modern solution to replace the old DUE issuance system, which was being discontinued and had limitations for export operations. T2S was chosen to develop an automated solution aligned with the company's needs.
The Challenge
The previous system had a manual interface and flows: RUC generation was done by the user, and linking NFes required several steps for each issuance, increasing time and complexity and reducing operational agility.
Objective
Replace the old system and optimize DUE issuance, eliminating manual processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring full integration with SISCOMEX, especially with the DUE API.
The Solution
T2S delivered a new platform based on the T2S Portal Template, with automated DUE issuance and integration with SISCOMEX. RUC is now generated automatically; NFe reading is integrated with PTAX for quotes; and the data entry flow was simplified, increasing traceability and control.
